Sound Of Uk Garage Rar
UK Garage: The Album: The Sound of 2000. Sunship (United Kingdom electronic/garage) (tracks 1, 15) Trick or Treat (UK garage duo) (track 9).
Ok so we can agree that UK garage was a trend of the late 90's but is it totally out now? Has punk rock completely taken over?
Is this musical genre passe? In my opnion, not so. Of course as with everything else around us popular music changes as fast as fashion these days. Like every musical genre it had its 'moment' where it was all the 'Brits' would hear, see and even influenced what they would wear.
2006 is the era of variety, come backs and musical hybridity. I think garage his moved on and today it is still present but has a greater blend of other genres and the sound has evolved in regards to the mainstream music. You only have google 'uk garage' to know that the electronic night club sounds are still well and going, being produced by a multitude of people.
A current example of the evolution of garage music is the well known band 'The Streets'. The sound is less harsh than original garage stuff and uses catchy melodies which I think appeal to a wider variety of people. Lead singer Mike Skinner has been considered to be a modern day poet especially in regards to his hit song 'Dry your eyes mate'. Rather than mixing the usual R & B sound with garage some of his track have an indie feel combined with 'garage style rap'. Another major contender in today's garage world among others is Dizzee Rascal, more commonly known for his bold rap voice and original sound which has been classified as a sub genre of UK Garage known as 'grime'. In conclusion, its not and as with most other things in life, it has simply moved on! Its all about the Stragglers was one of the UK's first real mainstream popular Garage Albums, which appealed to a wider variety of listeners than previous Garage albums.
The album has much R & B influence in its sound as with elements of drum and bass in certain tracks such as Re-rewind and R u ready. The music is generally pretty laid back in the way it sounds. Articulate storyline serial number keygen.
I think it could be considered as boring and fair enough for the people who say that but in my opinion I think it is great background music for a cocktail bar or a chill out sort of party. The electronic sounds (mostly sounding like a Xelophone) which are a key element in UK garage are very clear in most tracks although you do hear the guitar and keyboard as strong sounds through a few tracks. I think the combination of singing on the fast paced background music works well performed by artists such as Craig David, MC Alistair, Robbie Craig and Romina Johnson. Reviewers have referred to this album as 'white boy soul' which yes is true in some aspects but considering 6 of the 9 people who created this album are not white I think I can safely say it has multiple cultural influences evident in the music.
