Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access Service Does Not Start. I build a new SBS 2011 environment last week. Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. RPC client access wont start and puts error in event log of Failed to. Bulletstorm mega trainer er. This is SBS 2011 so this would be Exchange 2010. Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server.

Added/changed the following keys in the registry. Restarted the server twice and everything started both times. Upgrading Exchange to Service Pack 1 is what fixed it for me, however I remember clearly it wasn't smooth and I had a lot of fun doing it. I'm looking around for documentation for you on the upgrade but apparently it's not supported yet as I don't see any mention of it. I believe in order to upgrade to SP1. You need to uninstall the current version of Exchange and then re-install the one with SP1, the problem is this will break your license and after the re-install it'll ask you for a Product Key.
